By completing the Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate, I developed a solid understanding of the fundamentals of online marketing and e-commerce. I learned how businesses attract and engage customers through social media, email, and search engines, as well as the basics of creating content that connects with audiences. The course also introduced me to managing online stores and using simple strategies to improve customer experience and encourage sales. These skills have given me a strong foundation to start building effective marketing approaches for businesses.

My Digital Marketing Projects

For Pawfect Pet Spa, I created a series of marketing materials to showcase my ability to plan and execute digital content. I designed a newsletter to engage pet owners with updates and promotions, developed a mind map to organize campaign ideas and strategies, and built an Excel content calendar to schedule posts and maintain consistency across platforms. Additionally, I crafted a Facebook post that highlighted the brand’s services in a visually appealing and engaging way. These projects demonstrate my skills in content planning, organization, and social media marketing.
